Message: FYZICAL therapy and balance ceter has by far the been the greatest location I have ever used physical therapy with amazing staff and attention to my shoulder injury and custom workouts selected for me that has helped reduce my pain and instability in my shoulder.

Message: We are going to celebrate almost 5 years with Fyzical, I already feel like family. my child has evolved a lot with his occupational therapy.

Message: Wonderful staff. They work so great with my 4 year old, even when she is having an off day! They are extremely patient! The office staff does an amazing job with authorizations and appointment reminders. The therapists are dedicated, friendly and kind. I really love bringing my child here!

Message: Everybody here cares about their patients, and makes sure that we are able to handle the task as comfortably as possible. I look forward to every appointment!

Message: This is my experience at Fyzical and these are my opinions of their billing practices. I Went here for one massage therapy session. They told me the CPT codes they would use and that they would bill my insurance for $60. 00, which I confirmed with my insurance company that they would reimburse at around $60. 00, which is the going rate for a massage in my area. I went ahead and paid $60. 00 just in case my insurance did not pay. Today I receive a bill for $180. 00 stating that it was out of network, which I knew ahead of time it would be but they had said they would apply to be in network. The total claim was for $180. 00 which is 3 times what I was told it would be. This is most definitely a bill and not just the insurance estimate.. EDIT: I spoke with Barb the owner and she apologized profusely and said that they outsource their billing services and sometimes they get it wrong. (personally I would be looking for another billing company but.. ). I will take her apology and change my rating. She is going to take care of it with the billing company.. I just wonder how many other times the billing company has overcharged the insurance company and the erroneous bill has gotten paid, and the patient has had to pay extra?.

Message: Absolutely the BEST physical therapy and occupational therapy experiences I’ve ever had! Barbara, Damon, and Mitch have helped to transform me from a fairly helpless multiple amputee to very abled! I am able to grasp things with no fingers, am learning to climb from the floor into a chair with no legs, and am learning to embrace life again.. Thank you to the ENTIRE team!

Message: Have been going now for 2 weeks for foot heel pain. I feel progress already. Staff is amazing! Friendly and most of all they are the best with children. Really love the time and care each staff member has.

Message: I have heard so many wonderful things about this company and I think the world of the staff, to all of the ladies I’ve spoken too: Alison, Barbara and Stacey, (if I didn’t spell your name correctly I apologize) they’re so bubbly upbeat, they sympathize and understand their patients and even just inquiries such as myself. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to these lovely women that know their stuff, wear their hearts on their sleeves, and actually treat their patients with care, understanding and they listen and treat you like part of the family. Not just a number like some of these big corporations, who more than likely just want your money and shoo you out the door. These ladies demonstrate leadership kindness and compassion in their field. I truly wish we had more people who were like they are in this world. This company is the real deal, and they’re the difference I know that exists in the world. Thanks ladies! Keep it up! Congrats on expanding the company and the name change, it truly suits you to the T. I wish and hope for the best for the company and that things will only get better.
