Message: If you have a 12 year old kid that loves airplanes/flying/and wants to join a team of like minded youngsters, Civil Air Patrol is for them. My Son joined and he absolutely loves it. Yes those that join and put forth time and effort will get the chance to learn how to fly. No joke, my Son has already flown a real plane with them. It is was with a certified pilot instructor. He landed with a grin from ear to ear. Highly recommend.
