Message: Hurt my neck at the gym. Thought I was going to be in pain for the rest of my life, months passed and no improvement. A friend recommended this facility to me. Staff was awesome. Pat at varsity had seen this before and started me with something called traction. Tish a therapist there gave me a series of exercises to do and this seemed to help a lot. I'm not gonna lie, it took time. But there was a marked improvement. I went from constant pain to returning to normal activities and even surfing again! Thanks Guys!
